PAYMENT AND POSTAGE

if you are in the United States we can accept money-orders or certified cheques. We do not accept personal cheques US customers. Sterling cheques need to be sent to an address in the U.K. and will be deposited with a British Bank. Payment needs to be made in full, no COD or part payment accepted. Goods will not be despatched until the cheques have cleared. Postage costs are payable by the customer and must be added to the cost of goods purchased. We hold stock in the U.S. and in the U.K., postage will depend on where the stock is. For the U.K. costs are likely to be £3.50 for small items, £10.00 for jackets and helmets. For large orders please discuss with us first as this is often cheaper as we have a recognised Carrier we use. For the U.S. if goods are in the U.S., the items will be sent priority mail, and will cost $5.00 for small items & $10.00 for jackets and helmets. If the goods are outside of the U.S. other arrangements can be made so please contact us. In most cases it would be better to discuss your requirements just to make sure the items you want are in stock. We deal with movie props and therefore the stock does not last forever and indeed new stuff comes in all the time. We strive to put our customers first, but you must not assume something if you have not discussed it with us! If you are unhappy with anything that you receive please return it to us within 14 days, in the same state that it arrived, and we will give you a full refund on the purchase price: not the postage. The refund will be in U.S. Dollars or Sterling depending on how you paid for the goods in the first place. For shipping we need full street addresses, we will not post out to PO boxes. We will not take responsibility for the Post Office, if you want to guarantee your order we can arrange UPS or Registered Post in the U.K. at your cost.
